Here are some links that I want to share with the people on the street. Some are friends, some may even be foes. Some are just straight dope and I had to share. Not all of these links have been approved by the napkin bandit (left).

Music:

Marc Capponi - If there was any justice in the world, Marc would be the most celebrated guy on the DC music scene. This dude is an all-star.

J.P. Hyland - One of the best musicians I've shared a stage with. If you're down with Michael Hedges, Keller Williams, or just good musicianship in general, you should check out J.P.

Tim Smith - my brother from another mother, kinda like Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. I actually have a small neon-green Steve Madden shoe that is autographed by Danny Glover. It really belongs to Tim, but I have it. I would give it back to him, begrudgingly, if he asked. Because he is my favorite homie.

Reehee & Shred - this is Rick Callin's podcast site, which he operates under his DJ alias Reehee (along with fellow DC area spinner Ted Shred). You can download a lot of different mixes that they've put together. Disco-funkin' it.

Ragin' Grassmen - this is Conor Smith's (multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire from the old Homestyle Cookin' band) band up in Saratoga Springs, NY. They pick some fine bluegrass. They even do a bluegrass cover of my tune "Slow Burn"....check out the mp3 on their media page.

365 Degrees - This is my buddy Ahriel's snowboarding movie. We went to Europe together in 1998 and he is still there, wandering the Alps, making films, and generally kicking ass.

Nova Realtor Team - My boys Darian and Tristan at Nova Realtor Team, who found me a really great condo and a really great deal. You should drop them a line if you are looking to buy or sell in the DC area. If it weren't for them, I'd still be living at the YMCA.

Wizznuttz - This is my favorite website. Not only do they share my love of all things Bullets, they are funny as hell. I'm thinking about sending them an mp3 of our old Homestyle Cookin song "Rod Strickland." If anyone will appreciate it, it is these guys. They even have a Rod Strickland match game that features Chico DeBarge and a pummelled Tracey Murray. Classic. Be sure to check out the Daily Bacon blog.
